Hewitt Contractors are pleased to have secured our first contract with Darlington-based building contractors, Wharton Construction, working on the Northallerton Gateway project.
Hewitt operatives will be working on Units 2, 3, 4, and 5, on land just off Thurston Road.
Unit 3, 4, and 5 are existing units on the site. Operatives are to remove and reinstall rooflights, remove cladding to the gable end, and reclad the elevations generally with Kingspan KS1000RW composite panels.
Unit 2 is a proposed new unit to be built on a small area of disused land adjacent to Units 3, 4, and 5. Hewitt operatives will install Kingspan KS1000RW composite roof panels and triple-skin KS1000DLTR rooflights to the roof area, and Kingspan KS1000RW composite panels to the wall areas in three different colours to provide an attractive and modern finish.
